I received this from MPP: Delaware Just Needs Governor’s Approval to Become 16th Medical Marijuana State On Wednesday, the Delaware Senate passed the final version of SB 17, which would allow people with certain medical conditions to use marijuana without fear of arrest. This is not the longest article I have ever posted, but the info from SF ASA was just too good to not share: SACRAMENTO – The Assembly Public Safety Committee approved AB 1017 by Tom Ammiano to downgrade marijuana cultivation from a mandatory felony to a wobbler (optional misdemeanor). The vote was 4-3, with San Mateo Democrat Jerry Hill joining the Republicans in opposing (despite the fact that his district voted for Prop 19). The bill goes next to the Appropriations Committee.
