California Committee Votes to Reduce Marijuana Cultivation Penalty

This is not the longest article I have ever posted, but the info from SF ASA was just too good to not share: SACRAMENTO – The Assembly Public Safety Committee approved AB 1017 by Tom Ammiano to downgrade marijuana cultivation from a mandatory felony to a wobbler (optional misdemeanor).
