Eclipse Farm-Ecology Blue Dream Marijuana Wax Extract Review

eclipse farmecology blue dream wax cannabis marijuana extract extractsI remember the first time I smoked the Blue Dream marijuana strain. I was in Portland at a buddy’s garden who grew Blue Dream to perfection. It was in flower form. The smell of the Blue Dream strain is very distinct, and is hard to describe in words. It’s sort of fruity, but doesn’t smell like a particular fruit. A lot of people have describe Blue Dream as having a blueberry smell, which makes sense because it’s genetics include the Blueberry strain. But I would describe the smell of Blue Dream more as ‘sweet’ than that of a particular berry.

The taste, if grown right, to me is very earthy. My favorite Blue Dream that I’ve consumed is grown in soil, so it could be different if grown hydroponically (I tend to avoid hydroponics these days). I used to love smoking the Blue Dream. At least I did up until a year or two ago. I still have a spot in my heart for Blue Dream, but I just got tired of smoking it. Blue Dream is EVERYWHERE these days. It seems like every grower in America is growing it. It makes sense because Blue Dream grows fast, yields well, and the quality (if done right) is very good and uniform.

But Blue Dream has become the most played out strain on the planet in my opinion. Whenever someone tries to brag about their Blue Dream strain, I always tell them they are growing the ‘Vanilla Ice strain.’ It’s not that Blue Dream isn’t good, because it is, it’s just that I’ve been there and done that so many times that I just don’t get the same excitement that I used to for the Blue Dream strain.

With that being said, I very recently consumed some Blue Dream wax that was so good it took me on a trip down memory lane. A member of the TWB team, Kaliko, bumped into the guys from Eclipse Farm-Ecology at the Oregon Medical Marijuana Business Conference in Eugene. They gave him a sample (1 gram), which Kaliko was kind enough to give to me. I knew the second I popped the cap on the plastic container that I was in for a treat.

Many marijuana concentrates I’ve tried lack a smell. It’s not that they don’t smell good, it’s just that they don’t have any smell at all. This Blue Dream wax had a very pungent, pleasant aroma. Every time I cracked open the container, it took me back to that day that I tried the Blue Dream strain for the first time at my buddy’s garden. For the first time in a year or two I was actually excited to try the strain.

The taste was absolutely fantastic. I took it over to my uncle’s house for him to try, as I usually do when I get something that I consider to be special. My uncle is a skeptic and often criticizes what I have to show him. He was nothing but coughs, smiles, and thumbs up when he tried this wax. ‘That tastes like the chronic!’ were his exact words. We tried it on a nail, and tried it using a vape pen, and the taste was so good it was like I never got used to it. It was fantastic hit and hit. The inhale was very smooth, and the exhale fills your mouth with that distinct Blue Dream taste.

If you are lucky enough to have Blue Dream wax made by Eclipse Farm-Ecology in your area, pick some up, you will not be disappointed (their products are sold throughout Oregon). The effects from Blue Dream wax are a feeling of being uplifted, happy, euphoric, and relaxed. Blue Dream is good for migranes, anxiety, ADHD, PTSD, Bipolar Disorder, dependency and withdrawal. The particular wax I got my hands on tested at 71.21% THC and .2% CBD.

For thousands of years, humans have maintained a close relationship with cannabis. Eclipse Farm-Ecology is committed to carrying on the ageless tradition of providing a healthy and safe medicine to our patients. Seed gatherers of 6,000 years ago brought this hearty plant out of the shady canopy and into the bright sunshine to better feed their tribe after discovering the seeds were a delicious and hearty source of nutrition. It became part of the first domestic agriculture on earth and was the primary source of food for thousands of people.

Sailors of the age of discovery carried a pouch of hemp seed in their survival bag as they circumnavigated the earth and discovered new worlds. It proved to be the strongest fiber for making rope, sail cloth, and nets. If a ship ran aground on a deserted island within a few months, enough hemp could be produced to mend the ship, feed the men and see the expedition on its way, again.

Doctors of the age of science carried oils and tinctures of cannabis in their medicine bags. It was the go to cure for many illness, including consumption, cancers, migraines, and Lyme disease. Thousands were fed, healed and freed from suffering with cannabis before prohibition. Cannabis reigned supreme as the only hope for many people for thousands of years. As modern pioneers of an ageless craft and keepers of an ancient heirloom, Eclipse Farm-Ecology is called and committed to offering you the safest and most delicious concentrates and infused products available.

I have a huge blue dream that is ready for harvest. I grow indoors in soil. Has a lot of crystals but not real pungent. How long do you suggest drying for?

  • Blue Dream bud is popular in Colorado, and often crossed and made into a hybrid.
Don’t see too much Blue Dream Shatter or Wax around Colorado.
It seems the popular strains are different here in Colorado.
