law enforcement against prohibition leap Shelly Fox-LokenLaw Enforcement Against Prohibition (LEAP) is one of my favorite reform organizations, hands down. On the wall in my small home office, I have an autographed picture of LEAP’s Executive Director Neill Franklin. It’s easy one of my most prized possessions. Tomorrow is ‘Giving Tuesday’ and I hope that TWB readers consider giving to LEAP so that they can continue their great work. Below is an e-mail with details:

Tomorrow, hundreds of thousands of people will celebrate #GivingTuesday by making contributions to the causes that matter most to them.

Can we count on you to stand with law enforcers who speak out against the War on Drugs?

Your support will allow LEAP to continue our work, giving brave law enforcers who take a stand against the War on Drugs the opportunity to speak out, and recruiting more active duty officers to join our ranks.

On #GivingTuesday, there are two important ways you can help LEAP:

1. Make a gift of $20 or more to support our work

2. Invite at least 10 friends to join this effort and make a gift by sharing our campaign link, and tag your post with #GivingTuesday

Fuck you Karen, there’s a lot more at stake here than bragging rights and dollar signs. We soldiers are at the verge of cracking one of the biggest eggs ever and you use this forum as a post board for a job? A scam no less, what an inconsiderate piece of excrement!!!
