how to make marijuana bacon recipe

I’m not one of those people that really loves bacon… But I acknowledge the stoner love of this greasy food. Potheads love bacon and I’ve been seeing a lot of bacon related posts pop up on social media so I wanted to share this cannabis bacon recipe with you all. Get the best of your weed and the best of bacon in one snack. It’s easy to prepare and you’ll be feasting on bacon in a short while. You can also add this treat to sandwiches as an added boost of awesome!

What You’ll Need:
1 tbsp cannabis flour
24 toothpicks
12 strips thick-sliced Canadian bacon
1 cup diced cantaloupe (optional)

Start by preheating your oven to 200 degrees F and placing the bacon well spaced on a cookie sheet. Take your flour and shake it over the bacon that is now laid out. You can be as stingy or as generous as you want but for the stronger effects, you should add a good amount of flour to each strip. Place the strips in the oven on the sheet and cook them until the bacon starts to crisp on top. Take the sheet out and flip the strips over so that the other side can cook as well and put them back in the oven.

Degrease the bacon with a paper towel once you’ve gotten the crispiness that you need. The next part of this is totally optional, especially since you may end up saving some of the bacon to add to other dishes later. But if you want, you can take the strips and wrap them around a cube of cantaloupe, securing the creation with a tooth pick. If you’re planning on storing the bacon, just stick it in the fridge for a short while. Then, you’re ready to enjoy your medicated canna-bacon!

Why remove the extra oils from the bacon? If anything I would keep the oils as well, as it may [ and likely will ] contain additional THC/CBD/ETC.

Mmmmm bacan. I would use the bacon grease to coat some baking potatoes and have some baked potatoes the next night with some left over bacon that I would crumble into bits. If you spring some sea salt over the bacon grease covered potatoes yum.

According to recent article on this fine blog, mangoes might be the fruit of choice for this dish, not cantaloupe.

    You stole this from Watermelon.
