How To Make Marijuana Cheeseburgers

What’s good Greenies and welcome to another tasty Tainted Tuesday from me, ThisBuds4You. I have 3 foods that I love. Pizza, macaroni and cheese and burgers. I love burgers so much I think I could eat them everyday and be very content in life. This recipe marries the loves in my life, burgers and weed. Yeah, medicated burgers. Can you believe this shit?!?! Try it, dig it.

What We’ll Need:

3-3.5 grams of good quality cannabis, ground into a fine powder

1 lb ground round beef (85%/15% fat)

1 tsp ground mustard powder

1.5 tsp worcestershire sauce

1 tsp kosher salt

1 tsp fresh ground black pepper

cheese, buns, condiments

Makes 3 1/3rd lb burgers


*Decarboxylation Step* Preheat oven to 215 degrees F. Spread powdered cannabis on a sheet of aluminum foil and bake for 90 minutes. It’s a long time I know, but the herb will be fully decarbed at the end of the process.

Preheat the grill to medium heat.

In a bowl combine beef, mustard powder, worcestershire sauce, salt and pepper, to taste, being careful not to over mix. Form 6 even thin patties, about 1/2-inch thick. Sprinkle the powdered cannabis onto 3 of the patties in an even layer towards the center of the patties. Top each with another patty and seal the edges. Grill burgers over medium-high heat, flipping once until desired doneness is reached, approximately 4 minutes each side for medium. Serve in buns with garnishes. Alternative: In a medium skillet over medium-high heat, sear the burgers 4 minutes on each side.
