New Resources for Massachusetts Patients and Potential Business Owners

Medical marijuana is now legal in Massachusetts! Patients, doctors, and caregivers following state law are now protected. We’ve posted several FAQ updates under Resources on our website, so check there to learn how to be in compliance with the Massachusetts law. And as a free service to the community, we’ve teamed up with EvansCutler to provide unofficial forms for patients and caregivers in the interim until official regulations are promulgated by the Department of Public Health.

In the meantime, we continue to provide consultations, seminars, and public educational events for those looking for reliable information about medical marijuana. In the next month, our attorneys will be presenting about the new medical marijuana law for Yale Law School and the Northeastern University School of Law. For individual consultations, please contact our office.

You write very interesting thoughts regarding medical law. If you want to publish more blog posts and articles, you can do it on Attorney Online.
