Unlike Bozeman did yesterday, the Sacramento city council agreed not to cap the number of medical marijuana dispensaries.
The Santa Cruz city council asked to lift the smoking ban for WAMMFest.
The Cannabis Café will reopen this Saturday in Portland, Oregon after being relocated.
Also, Orange County is considering a ban on dispensaries.
Damn shame about Orange County; but at least the rest is good news..
