  • hOW DO wE gET TEXAS AND OKALAHOMA TO FOLLOW ALONG WITH ALL THESE OTHER STATES ANY IDEAS, i HAVE LIVED IN CHRONIC PAIN FOR 15 YEARS FROM FAILED BACK SURGERY AND REALLY MISS SLEEPING WELL AND THE DOCTORS GAVE ME A MED THAT HELPED FOR A LOT OF YEARS THEN IT GOT TO WHERE IT WAS ERASING MY MEMORY OF THE DAY BEFORE, SO I KEPT SAYING IT NEEDS TO BE CHANGED OR STOP PRESCRIBING IT, AND THEY KEPT PRESCRIBING IT, THEN I HAD MY BRAKES GO OUT IN MY CAR A BRAKE LINE BURST, I WOKE IN JAIL AND HAD A SEVERE CONCUSSION, LATER I WAS INFORMED MY MEDS WERE SCATTERED ALL OVER THE CAR, i HAD THE BOTTLES IN THE RIDER SEAT, AND HAD JUST FILLED THE PRESCRIPTION, AND ALWAYS COUNTED THE MEDS DUE TO BEING SHORTED OFTEN, ANYWAY THE ARRAINGMENT JUDGE ASKED ME NOT TO SUE, AND DROPED ALL CHARGES, i SHOULD HAVE BEEN TAKEN TO A HOSPITL WITH A LUMP ON THE LEFT SIDE OF MY HEAD FROM IT HITTING THE SEATBELT HOLDER, AND WITHIN 3 DAYS AFTER THAT MY DOCTORS OFFICE CALLED ME TELLING ME I HAD TO SEE SOME OTHER DOCTOR BEFORE THEY WOULD TREAT ME ANYMORE, ANYWAY I SPENT 3 WEEKS TRYING TO GET THAT DOCTORS OFFICE TO MAKE ME AN APPOINTMENT AND COULDN’T GET IN, WITH MY PAIN MANAGEMENT DOCTOR REFUSING TO TREAT ME ANYMORE UNTIL I SEE THIS NEW DOCTOR AN ADDICTION SPECIALIST, FREAKING NUTS, MY MEDS SCATTERED ALL OVER THE INSIDE OF MY CAR DURING AN ACCIDENT THE BOTTLES OPENED IN THE ACCIDENT, I GUESS I DIDNT GET THE LIDS ON PERFECT AFTER DOING MY HAND COUNT IN THE CAR BOFORE LEAVING THE PHARMACY, ANYWAY I WOUND UP WITH ABOUT 5 DAYS OF MY MEDS MISSING AFTER THE WRECK AN THE POLICE PICKING THE MEDS UP, SINCE THE WRECK I DID FIND 3 OF THOSE 5 MISSING DAYS OF MEDS IN MY CAR, THE REST COULD HAVE GONE OUT THE WINDOWS OR THE DOOR WHEN THE COP OPENED THE CAR OR THE WRECKER DRIVER COULD HAVE GRABED SOME OF THEM, ANYWAY STILL NEARLY 5 YEARS AFTER ALL THIS BS I HAVE SWITCHED DOCTORS TWICE, AND I TAKE RESTORIL TO HELP ME GET TO SLEEP BUT THE NEIGHBORS MOVE IN THE APRARTMENT ABOVE AND IM AWAKE, I WOULD LIKE TO BE ALLOWED TO TAKE THE ONE SUBSTANCE THAT HAS HELPED ME SLEEP THROUGH THE NITE THROUGH THE YEARS, AND ITS AWESOME AT EASING THE PAIN

      The only way is to draw a petition and have it passes around for signatures. Besides that you have to have the right mix of politicians in office at the time.
