6

Narrated by Oscar winning actor Morgan Freeman, “Breaking the Taboo” is produced by Sam Branson’s indie Sundog Pictures and Brazilian co-production partner Spray Filmes and was directed by Cosmo Feilding Mellen and Fernando Grostein Andrade. Featuring interviews with several current or former presidents from around the world, such as Bill Clinton and Jimmy Carter, the film follows The Global Commission on Drug Policy on a mission to break the political taboo over the United States led War on Drugs and expose what it calls the biggest failure of global policy in the last 40 years.

its like bill Clinton said in the movie. he’s not against drug use he’s against you willingly giving your freedom to a needle. decriminalization and legalization would stop people from doing just that very thing. we cannot continue this failed policy of fighting and pushing and dying and losing… we need the change we were promised…

It’s great that this is available online. Please, for the good of the legalization movement, share this film with everyone you can.

  3. HOW MANY PEOPLE DIE FROM GOVERNMENT DRUG SIDE EFFECTS?? HOW MANY PEOPLE DIE FROM COCAINE?? HOW MANY PEOPLE DIE FROM HERION?? TOO MANY TO COUNT.. HOW MANY DIE FROM POT?? NONE.. NOT 1..

  4. Fairly long for me. Though its fairly lengthy it is very informng. In the years to come with the majority of the past becoming the minority. The laws will definitly become more and more into mainstream thinking. Marijuana has killed no one. It has not ruined no life except for the one that the war on drugs caused. Like they like to say get on the right side of history. Thin our jails out of the people incarcirated for marijuana charges. Save Americans against the wrongful incarciration.
