national cannabis industry association ncia arizonaI have long been an advocate for REAL talent in the marijuana industry. The lack of ability for high ranking members of the marijuana industry to recognize true talent hurts my head. All to often these same people try to brag to me about just how great their ‘new employee’ is, just for me to point out that the employee is unproven and doesn’t know what they are talking about, and over time, I’m proven right. I always try to offer up someone who I think would be far better for the task/job, but my advice is almost always ignored. The National Cannabis Industry Association is putting on a seminar in Colorado early next month that deals with recruiting, retaining, and developing talent in the marijuana industry. I encourage members of the marijuana industry to swallow their pride and attend this event. Your business will be better off as a result. NCIA will provide appetizers and a cash bar will be available. These events are complimentary to NCIA members or their invited guests.

Basic Members can register up to two individuals for free, Sponsoring Members can register up to three individuals for free and Sustaining Members can register up to five individuals for free. Non-members and additional guests of members can attend for a $100 donation each.

All ticket and sponsorship proceeds support the work of the National Cannabis Industry Association, the only organization advocating on behalf of cannabis businesses at the national level.
