2 pound of extra large, fresh strawberries (leave the stems on while cleaning)
3-4 grams of kief or finely ground hash
12 ounces of dark chocolate
6 ounces of white chocolate
Chop up both the dark and white chocolate into small pieces (keep in separate piles).
Put the dark chocolate and white chocolates pieces into two separate bowls or saucepans.
Fill two medium saucepans with a two inches of water and bring to a simmer over medium/low heat.
Set the bowls or saucepans of chocolate over the water to melt. Stir until smooth.
Stir in the kief or hash into the dark chocolate until it dissolves into the chocolate.
Remove the chocolate from the heat.
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Dip the strawberries into the dark chocolate and set on the baking sheet.
Dip a fork in the white chocolate and drizzle the white chocolate over the dipped strawberries.
Chill in the refrigerator until serving.
