3/4 cup marijuana butter, melted
1 egg yolk
2 cups semisweet chocolate chips
2 cups all-purpose flour
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 cup packed brown sugar
1/2 cup white sugar
1 tablespoon vanilla extract
Preheat the oven to 325 degrees. I like to grease the cookie sheet(s) with any leftover melted butter for the extra kick.
Combine together the flour, baking soda and salt in one bowl (dry ingredients).
In another bowl, combine together the melted butter, brown sugar and white sugar until it’s well blended.
Beat in the vanilla, egg, and egg yolk until the mixture is light and creamy.
Mix in the dry ingredients from above until it’s barely blended.
Stir in the chocolate chips.
Arrange balls of cookie dough (1/4 cup, or as desired) onto the prepared cookie sheet(s).
Cookies should be about 2-3 inches apart.
Bake for 15 to 17 minutes in the oven, or until the edges are lightly toasted and the cookies look golden brown.
Cool on baking sheets for a few minutes before transferring to cooling racks.
