3 1/3 tablespoons of marijuana butter (melted)
1 1/2 cups of all-purpose flour
3 tablespoons of sugar
1 1/2 teaspoons of baking powder
1/2 teaspoon of salt
1 1/2 cups of milk
1/2 teaspoon of vanilla
2 large eggs
In one bowl, combine together the flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt (dry mix).
In a separate bowl, mix together the milk, melted marijuana butter, eggs and vanilla (wet mix).
Combine the wet and dry mixes. The batter should have a lumpy consistency – if the batter is too smooth your pancakes will not be light and fluffy. If you are feeling funky, you can add a handful or two of fruit or chocolate chips to the batter.
Heat and oil the griddle or frying pan.
Pour 1/4 of a cup of batter for each pancake onto the frying pan.
Cook the pancake(s) until the top(s) of the pancake(s) become full of bubbles and some have popped.
Flip the pancake(s) and cook until the other side is golden brown. Enjoy!
