Stuffing is good just about anytime in my opinion. It’s obviously a staple of Thanksgiving, but I like to eat it throughout the year. Below is a recipe that was sent to me by a reader for cannabis stuffing. It’s very easy to make. Enjoy:

Ingredients:

5 cups rye bread crumbs
2 tablespoons poultry seasoning
1/2 cup each of raisins and almonds
1/2 cup celery
1/3 cup chopped onions
3 tablespoons melted marijuana butter
Directions:

Mix all the ingredients in a bowl. It is surprisingly simple. We are actually going to triple the amount we make so we can stuff the bird and have some left over to eat.

  2. Try this added step when cooking with straight ground herb flower; try decarboxlating the marijuana, this activates the THC. Take and make a ouch out of aluminum foil; add finely ground herb almost like flour consistency or a bit rougher, seal the pouch but leave a little space like a pouch.
Next heat oven to between 220 and 325* NO higher than 325*; heat for 15-20 minutes. *IMPORTANT let the pouch cool down before opening; some THC will be vapor so let it settle on the herb.
Then add herb flour to recipe; now it is uber potent stuff.

  3. I have never seen the sense of making MJ butter. You loose the healthy aspect of the ‘fiber factor’ when you throw all the resulting waste away. Instead, in small batches, I simply pulverize the herb in a coffee grinder till it is a powder and add it to the recepie. The taste comes through, and if you have ground it enough, no ‘grittyness’. Best to either chill the herb in the fridge for 8 to 10 hours (overnight) or freeze it before grinding. Keeps it cooler during the grinding process so essental oils are not lost in the generation of heat during the grinding….
    Just sayin’
