How To Make Lemon Marijuana Coleslaw

 

The tart flavor of lemon brightens up this coleslaw. Yields 4 cups, serving size 1 cup.

1/8 teaspoon minced garlic

1/4 teaspoon sugar

1 tablespoon lemon juice

2 teaspoon finely grated lemon zest

3 tablespoons mayonnaise

1 gram kief or fine ground dry hash

3 3/4 cups shredded green cabbage

3 tablespoons grated sweet onion

Salt and pepper to taste

In a medium bowl, mix together garlic, sugar, lemon juice and mayonnaise until well blended. Sprinkle kief or ground dry hash over mayonnaise mixture and stir to combine the cannabis into the dressing. In a large bowl, toss together shredded cabbage and minced onion. Add dressing then toss to evenly coat the vegetables. Season to taste with salt and pepper.

    ok, so how is it that all cannabis advice talks about cooking or bringing the thc to a certain heat level to be able to absorb in your body, and or some recipies call for cooking some call for freezing…..?????
    is keif not have to be brought to a high temp to matabolise ??
