Wisconsin has some pretty tough marijuana laws despite the fact that they have one of the most active marijuana activist communities in the country. I would imagine things will change sooner than later with so many hardworking marijuana activists on the ground there. In the meantime, here are the current marijuana laws in Wisconsin, courtesy of Wisconsin NORML:

  1. For those of you lucky enough NOT to live in Wisconsin, take note, DON’T BOTHERING COMING!  Seriously, this place is a cesspool of ignorance and hatred.

  2. I dont smoke but I dont see what the problem is if people do. Why not legalize it. It will keep people out of jail. Fuck you mauston wi. Wisconsin will stand by and let kids get molested. And let petos off easily. Let people get drunk in all bars out here. More bars in wi then I’ve ever seen. But can smoke some weed. What the hell is wrong with this place.

  3. I love how the number of alcohol related issues in 2012 is about 112 million, whereas the number of cannabis deaths in 2012 is 300-400, so the reason why marijuana is illegal and alcohol isn’t is beyond me.
