Patient cultivation, the benchmark to all operational medical cannabis laws, is jeopardy! Without patient cultivation, patients run the risk of losing their safe access supply due to the potential for multiple system failures, including but not limited to, federal interference, suppliers not being able to meet up with the demand of the patient community, crop failure, high prices, lack of strain diversity to meet patient needs, stalls in regulation writing, bureaucratic hang ups, and the list goes on.Without safe access due to system failure and no personal cultivation, patients will be forced back into the black market or to grow their own illegally. Patients will still be subject to arrest and prosecution, and still be going to jail as a result of trying to get the medication they deserve.
IMPORTANT INSTRUCTIONS:
