One thing that I love about local NORML chapters (and other local activist groups) is the seemingly growing trend of adopting a highway. It’s a great way to get visibility to the cannabis reform movement, and a positive way to help the community. Below is an opportunity coming up tomorrow in Wisconsin. Attend if you are able:
