headband marijuana strainPeople have always commented on my calm demeanor, and my ability to get along with just about anyone that I talk to. I always assumed it was because I was easy going as a result of consuming so much cannabis during my life. It turns out that science backs up my theory. See below:

new study published by the journal Neuropharmacology has found that cannabinoids may reduce aggression, and improve social interactions.

For the study, researchers “examined the role of cannabinoid CB1 receptors (CB1r) in aggressive behavior”, and found that a compound meant to mimic THC (a prime compound of cannabis) ”significantly decreased the aggression levels” of the mice that it was administered to. The researchers also examined mice which were bred without CB1 receptors, and found them to be more inherently aggressive than normal mice.

Researchers conclude; “These results suggest that CB1r plays an important role in social interaction and aggressive behavior.”

Peace, love, & marijuana, one day the evil weed will be leagal in all the states and people will at how ignorant we were to criminalize it.

  2. They really needed a study? When arresting drunks, the fight was usually on. Arresting someone on marijuana was easy, wave an Oreo, throw it in the back seat, and they follow, never a problem.

  5. Im also a cannabis user of 35 years. I’ve had enough of the stigma after being ‘busted’ so now we are taking the South African Govt. to the high court. They need to explain why they are prohibiting one of the safest things known to man.
30 years I haven’t had a prescription, don’t have a doctor, am fit ,active and taking life by the horns.

  6. CBD is a great relaxant and very good for you. THC is also a euphoria producing compound (unlike CBD) that also has medicinal benefits.

CBD, cannabidiol, is in both marijuana and hemp (also cannabis).

Time to take marijuana away from the cartels and regulate this substance!
Youth use goes down when prohibition is lifted and taxes can help this economy.

How to invest in this economy or get the benefits of cannabis no matter where you live?

    Follow this:

Hemp is legal to possess in ALL 50 states.

Legal states for all cannabis (legal thc containing cannabis) are noticing that half of all sales are for edibles and extracts!

The premier company in the legal state of Colorado is Dixie Botanicals and DIxie Elixers, two companies owned by MJNA.

MJNA is the alpha source of CBD from legal hemp through their other company RSHO (Phytosphere)!

MJNA, a stock traded on the stock market is about to rocket up!

As well for those that want CBD they can order it from ANY state legally from MJNA (phytosphere) or from Dixie Botanicals!

Invest in the “Green Rush”! MJNA is the ALPHA company to invest in!
Investing in MJNA is investing in America!
Help the sick and take cannabis away from the overseas cartels by investing in MJNA

  9. If nothing else, I’d like to see true legalization in my lifetime (I’m about to turn 66) and, possibly thanks to my almost lifelong cannabis exposure, may actually live to see the day. Cheers to you my friend – live long and prosper.

  10. I first tried
marijuana when I was 21 years old. Now, 45 years later, I still smoke pot.

I am 66 years old and have not taken a prescription medication in over 30
years. Has regular cannabis use enabled this? I have no idea.

I am active…hiking, canoeing, camping, bicycling. My last hike was 11.5
miles…to the Confluence Overlook in Canyonlands Natl Park. Has cannabis
    enabled this? I don’t know.

I do know that I am living proof that prohibitionist propaganda is a
    fallacy…a blatant lie.

The worst experience I ever had with cannabis was spending 5 years in Federal
    Prison for a marijuana offense.

I wrote about the escapades that led to my imprisonment. The book:
