I have a lot of family that lives in Idaho along the I-84 corridor. If you are a cannabis consumer, Idaho is a scary place. The laws are harsh, and the justice system there is very quick to throw the book at marijuana prohibition offenders. But that’s also why I try to support Idaho reform efforts so much. Minds need to be changed in Idaho, and that’s why I’m encouraging all TWB readers that are in Idaho, or travel to Idaho regularly, to consider volunteering for the 2016 Boise Hempfest. I’m going to try to make it over there to attend the event, and wish I lived closer so I could help out. There’s more info below, via a volunteer event page on Facebook:
We will host a Boise Hempfest volunteer meeting every Tuesday, at the New Approach Idaho (NAI) office, beginning around 8pm, after NAI’s Volunteer meeting – https://www.facebook.com/
If you would like to be involved in the Core Team Hempfest Committee or become a regular volunteer, vendor, band, or entertainer, you are welcome to join us for these meetings!
